This is a text-based RPG/life sim where you play a vampire from Wadjet Eye Games and one of the writers of Sunless Sea and Sunless Skies.
What I’m getting from this is that it’s Sunless Sea/Skies + Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, which means SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!

Free-roam alternate-history exploration. You get to explore the great unterzee and discover the lands of Guinea Pigs, Nearly-Dead, Devils, and Jellyfish-Mushroom things. Explore underland 1888+ in your steam pinance and run from enjoy the ocean!
Infinite Character Options. Be who you want to be! Boy? Girl? Non-binary? Agender? All choices available! Same sex marriage, no marriage, your husband, your wife, or you can have a kid! You can even just recruit adopt one!
Diversity of Characters. And no, by I don’t mean mostly white, this game has a rather fair spread of all skintones and backgrounds, and even an Octopus-Thing.
Eat your crew! This is partly a survival game, and if you run out of food, you can always eat your crew.
Die, die, and die again. The game is difficult if you play it on unforgiving mode, but don’t fret, new characters can retain some of the old character’s traits, or you can switch to merciful mode where you can manually save and keep your data and try again.
